The Elizabeth City State University Planetarium provides an opportunity to see a “guided tour” of the solar system. The planetarium’s 30-foot dome theater presents multimedia productions on space exploration, science fiction, astronomy and other facets of our galaxy. With regular laser light shows and educational exhibits, the ECSU Planetarium is fun while being extremely informative at the same time. The planetarium is located northeast of the Elizabeth City Regional Airport, in the Jenkins Science Building on the campus of ECSU.
